Documents made on the free plan carry a small BroadPaper line at the foot of each page. Pro removes it, makes room for a report for every client, and adds one thing: turning a Word document or a PDF you already send into a design.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT. Pro renews monthly or yearly, whichever you choose, and can be cancelled at any time; you keep the plan until the period you have paid for ends. If a limit gets in the way before you are ready to pay, say so — support@broadpaper.com. A limit exists to keep the free plan sustainable, not to trap anybody mid-document.

Your business's name, address, registration details — such as your VAT number — and logo, kept once and printed on every design, with a look and one main colour. Keep more than one set if you trade under two names.
How it works: Your letterheadDrop in a spreadsheet, a CSV or JSON file, paste rows, or type them into a grid. BroadPaper works out the columns and matches them to the design, asking only where it is genuinely unsure.

If a renewal payment fails, the plan keeps working for 7 days before documents go back to carrying the mark, so a declined card is not a document you cannot send this afternoon. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and a refunded one ends when the refund is made.
